Mike did a great job for our last home purchase. He was able to point the things out that needed to be updated or fixed and got us $3500 from the seller to help make the fixes needed. He did a great job of taking the time to explain everything to us as well.

Mike is very knowledgeable and a great home inspector. The report at the end is very detailed and easy to understand. Inspection was done in a timely manner and was quality at an affordable price. I highly recommend.

I am a first time home owner and Mike was absolutely excellent. He was extremely detailed with every aspect of the home and took a moment to slow things down and explain to me certain terminology that i was not understanding. He took the time to explain the different levels of urgency on the home and how it would look in the report. Mike also made suggestions about the home, as in things that should be done, that would not be appearing in the Home Inspection due to the fact that these items were minor. He did not have to make suggestions, but he took it upon himself to do so. He asked if i had questions about each and every room when it was complete as well. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects too! To top it all off, he has a great sense of humor and has great customer service skills. I would highly recommend this company but more importantly Mike for any home inspection needs!

Mike was so flexible on short notice to cater to my schedule I truly appreciate his knowledge and experience. Mike was extremely thorough which you definitely want when your buying a home. He never rushed and made sure he looked around each room making sure nothing was missed. Mike took the time to show me photos of the roof and explained everything that was found. I would recommend Mike for your inspection needs YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Home Puls Pro, "Mike" Informed me of some issues that my original home inspector did not tell us that could of cost of thousands down the road. Mike's advice on our inspection , was instrumental in us selling our home, knowing all pre-sell issues that could of come up were taken care.

We also used Mike on our new home purchase, which gave us confidence knowing we were buying a home that was inspected by a professional
